Other speakers include David Holdcroft, director of ELV and automotive recycling at EMR; Emmanuel Katrakis, secretary general of EuRIC; Jaco Huisman, a policy officer on ELVs at the European Commission; Jan Bollen from ArcelorMittal; Scott Newell from Newell Recycling Equipment; Silvia Vecchione from the European Automobile Manufacturers’ Association.
