Our conferences take place on-site but if you cannot travel, you can follow the congress on the dedicated Virtual Platform. Our congresses are not broadcasted live but you will get access to the video recordings of all the presentations presented in the plenary sessions, so that you can stay up to date with all the recent industry insights. You will also get access to other exclusive online content.

Yes. On-site registration always includes access to the Virtual Hub.

Yes. The content on the Virtual Hub will be available for 6 months from the end date of the conference.

No. The exhibition hall will be accessible only to the on-site delegates.

All on-site and virtual attendees will receive access per E-mail a few days prior to the event start date.

We accept VISA and MasterCard. If you wish to pay with other payment methods, please contact us (info@icm.ch) for further information.

The registration fee includes access to all the congress sessions, exhibition, beverages, coffee breaks, and lunch buffet during the congress. Also, all participants receive access to the virtual platform. Networking dinner, tour or workshop are charged additionally on top of the regular congress fee.

We offer discounts for students and groups as from 4 delegates. If you are a student, please send a copy of your student ID with the valid date to info@icm.ch to complete your registration. Contact info@icm.ch for more information.

Yes, but you can only give your ticket to someone within your company. If you wish to change the participant’s name, please inform us at info@icm.ch prior to the congress to avoid any inconvenience at the check-in counter.

You can register at any time, however please note that extra 100 EUR are charged on top when you register on site. One month prior to the congress, we are NOT able to accept bank transfer payments, only card payments.

If you are no longer able to attend a congress, please inform us (info@icm.ch) before the deadline on the registration form. We will refund the full amount deducting EUR 150 processing fee per registration. Cancellations after the deadline are not subject to refund.

If you are no longer able to exhibit, sponsor or do the promotion at the congress, please inform us (info@icm.ch) before the deadline. We will refund the full amount deducting EUR 300 processing fee for the booth and promotion and EUR 500 for the sponsorship. Cancellations after the deadline are not subject to refund.

There is no refund possible if you have purchased the virtual package.

If the event is cancelled, postponed, or relocated for any reason beyond the control of the organizer (Force Majeure), no refund will be made. Any dispute is governed by and has to be interpreted under Swiss Law.

You can submit your presentation title and abstract (approx. ½ page) in English to (info@icm.ch) by the deadline given on each congress website page. The lecture group will review the abstracts and inform you about their decision in due time.

No, as a speaker you are not exempted from the congress fee. However, all the speakers can benefit from the discounted speaker’s fee. Please check the congress website for the prices.

No. All the speakers in the plenary sessions must attend the conference physically.
